PROJECT EVALUATION

At BIPA, we can evaluate your project to provide you with an external view of its progress and its short, medium or long-term impacts.
The evaluation begins with the creation of an evaluation plan which is composed of several parts:

  • Project description: goal, actors, stakes, impact

  • State the purpose of the evaluation

  • Choose the most relevant form

Then, this approach must be implemented with research and observations to collect the necessary data. These will be analyzed and interpreted in order to return them clearly in the results of the evaluation.

IMPACT STUDY

At BIPA, we offer you to carry out your impact study. The content of this study is adapted according to the environmental sensitivity of the area likely to be affected. In addition, it will meet your expectations in order to provide you with all the information your project needs to develop in the best conditions.

The impact study includes the following elements:

  • A description of the project (the location, the physical characteristics, the main characteristics of the operational phase, the estimation of the types and quantities of residues and emissions),

  • A description of the relevant aspects of the current state of the environment and the factors likely to be significantly affected by the project (the environment, the population, heritage, buildings),

  • A description of the significant effects that the project is likely to have on the environment and the measures planned to minimize the negative effects,

  • A description of the prediction methods or evidence used to identify and assess the significant environmental effects.

STUDY PRIOR TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRODUCT OR A PROCESS

At BIPA we can carry out the study prior to the development of your product or process to give you all the keys to its realization in the best possible conditions. This study consists of carrying out pre-studies on the need, feasibility, and definition of the product or process. 

This can be broken down into several steps:  

  • Collection of information on the theme and the competition

  • Analysis of existing actors who can be mobilized or concerned by the project

  • Field observations

  • Surveys and interviews with various actors, potential partners, a representative sample of "beneficiaries"

  • Study restitution to the sponsor and its partners

DIAGNOSTIC

At BIPA, we can provide you with an external assessment of a given situation for maintenance, improvement, or planning new projects. 

For this, we will carry out a set of measurements and controls to determine and verify the characteristics of a system. 

The diagnostic phase will lead to the production of a reference system that will be used for steering and evaluating the project.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

At BIPA we offer to carry out your feasibility study to give you the keys to its realization in the best possible conditions. This study consists of the analysis of the viability and the economic and organizational implications of a project.

A tool that is often implemented in feasibility studies is the Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats Matrix. This tool makes it possible to visualize the points to be worked on before the installation, the points of vigilance, and the characteristics which could be put forward.

This study is divided into several parts:  

  • Technical feasibility

  • Economic & commercial feasibility

  • Legal feasibility

  • Organizational & logistical feasibility

MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT OF SPECIES AND PROTECTED AREAS

At BIPA, we can carry out the monitoring and management of species and protected areas:  to provide you with useful data for this preservation. This follow-up consists of supporting the progress of your protection project, guaranteeing efficiency and sustainability.

So we will allow you to:

  • Plan the follow-up project based on a prior and thoughtful study,

  • List the criteria involved in the management of the project,

  • View achieved or delayed objectives, actual progress compared to forecasts,

  • Propose long-term actions or corrective actions if necessary.
